This card's effect to equip itself to "Number C39: Utopia Ray" from the hand is similar to that of the "Inzektor" monsters.This card's effect-negation effect is the same as "Rainbow Veil".Because this card gives its effects to any card which it is equipped to (not just "Number C39: Utopia Ray"), you can equip this card to "Inzektor Exa-Beetle" by that monster's effect, and obtain a monster with 3850 attack points (1000 base from Exabeetle + (1900/2) from "Exabeetle's" own effect + 1900 from this card's effect) that negates the effects of any monster it battles. also you can boost it by using the field spell Luminous Spark which give it extra 500 atk
