Scrap Dragon: Extra Deck Superstar

The Extra Deck can be just as important to a Duelist as their Main Deck these days, and there are several monsters that often wind up there, no matter what Deck you’re using. Cards likeStardust DragonBlack Rose DragonBrionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier and Mist Wurmcan go into any Duelist’s Extra Deck because of their powerful effects and non-specific Synchro Material requirements. Scrap Dragon from Duelist Revolution is quickly becoming another card on that list. Here are some good reasons why that is.
Scrap Dragon is a Level 8 Synchro that can be Summoned using any Tuner and non-Tuner monsters you want, so you can use it in any Deck that’s capable of Synchro Summoning. With2800 ATK it can destroy opposing Stardust Dragons and most other monsters with ease. On top of this it has a very useful effect that can destroy any card your opponent controls. Once per turn you can pick 2 cards on the field, 1 of yours and 1 of your opponents, and Scrap Dragon will destroy both of them. There are many ways that you can take advantage of destroying your own cards so that using Scrap Dragon’s effect sets up your combos while breaking up your opponent’s combos.

Any cards you control with effects that activate when they are destroyed will work great withScrap Dragon. By destroying Sangan you get to search your Deck for a monster while your opponent loses one of their cards. You can draw a card if you destroy your Card Trooper or activate Machina Peacekeeper’s effect if you choose to destroy it.
One very popular card to destroy with Scrap Dragon is Dandylion because it will Summon 2Fluff Tokens when you destroy it. This is good because you can destroy a Token next turn forScrap Dragon’s effect instead of one of your other cards! These Fluff Tokens can also help you to Summon another Scrap Dragon if you need to, thanks to Debris Dragon.
When you Normal Summon Debris Dragon, you can Special Summon Dandylion from your Graveyard. Combine these 7 Levels with a Level 1 Fluff Token and you’ll get a brand newScrap Dragon, along with 2 Fluff Tokens to destroy cards with!  With 2 Scrap Dragons on the field, and 2 Fluff Tokens to use for their effects, you can destroy 2 of your opponent’s cards and probably score a pair of big direct attacks as well.
You can also pull off some cool tricks with Scrap Dragon’s effect by targeting your Spells and Traps. When you select the 2 cards to be destroyed, you can still Chain Spells and Traps. Even if you Chain your card that you targeted with Scrap Dragon, your opponent’s card will still get destroyed. There are many different combos that you can pull off in this way, for example you could target your Mystical Space Typhoon and Chain it to destroy your opponents Spell/Trap, while Scrap Dragon takes care of their monster. You could Chain Trap Stun to clear the way for an attack, or Book of Moon to flip a stronger monster face-down while destroying your opponent’s other monsters or Spell and Trap Cards.

Scrap Dragon is a key card in Scrap Decks.

While Scrap Dragon’s first effect will ensure that Duelists everywhere will be adding it to their Extra Decks, the card has another effect that’s specifically for Scrap Duelists. When Scrap Dragon’s destroyed by your opponent and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon any “Scrap” monster from your Graveyard that isn’t a Synchro monster.
By Special Summoning Scrap Golem you can bring back Scrap Goblin with its effect and Synchro Summon another Level 8 Synchro. If your opponent destroyed Scrap Dragon in battle and still has more monsters to attack with, you can block them by Summoning Scrap Goblin. It’ll take every hit your opponent can dish out before self-destructing and letting you add a “Scrap” monster from your Graveyard to your hand.
Scrap Dragon is a cool card that has something to offer for everybody, whether you’re playing a Scrap Deck or using any other type of Deck. Look for it this weekend as the Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series makes its way to Toronto, Canada!

Improving (Herald of) Perfection

Two very different Herald of Perfection Decks debuted at YCS Virginia.  Russel LaParre made Top 8 at that tournament with a Deck that used Dawn of the Herald to Ritual Summon Herald of Perfection, while former Champion Jessy Samek played Advanced Ritual Art instead, using it to send Fairy-Type Normal Monsters to the Graveyard for his Ritual Summons.  These 2 strategies both grew in different directions, when Duelists like Andrew Lindskog, Jeff Jones, and Chris Duff Dueled their way to the top cut playoff rounds at YCS Chicago with Herald Decks.
All of those Duelists brought unique innovations, discovering new strengths to outplay the competition.  By taking a look back at prior successes, plus a look forward at cards that might see play in the future, we can show you how to take your Herald Deck to the next level.
The Ritual Art version of the Herald Deck is all about speed: it’s built to Ritual Summon Herald of Perfection on the first turn as often as possible, and isn’t very concerned with much else.  While Samek ran Happy Lover and Mokey Mokey as his Normal Fairy-Types, the Duelists at YCS Chicago switched up that lineup to make the Deck faster, more reliable, and to explore new options.
Andrew Lindskog played Dunames Dark Witch, a Level 4 Normal Fairy that made his Deck more consistent – and gave him another strong attacker with 1800 ATK.  Lindskog’s Deck played a lot of cards like Hand Destruction and Upstart Goblin that let him draw cards. If he only played Level 1 and Level 2 Normal Fairy-Types, he might draw them and then not have enough monsters in his Deck for Advanced Ritual Art.  By including the Level 4 Dunames and the Level 6 Gyakutenno Megami, he made sure he could Ritual Summon his Herald in every scenario except ones where he unluckily drew every single Normal Monster in his Deck.  He also had more combinations of Normal Monsters that he could send to the Graveyard to make 6 Levels, so he’d have an easier time getting 4 Fairies to the Graveyard so he could Special Summon Archlord Kristya.
Jeff Jones played Gyakutenno Megami too, but he used it alongside the Ritual Monster Ruin, Queen of Oblivion.  By playing Gyakutenno and 6 low-level Normal Fairy-Types, Jones was able to Summon Herald of Perfection, get back Advanced Ritual Art with Preparation of Rites, and then Summon Ruin in the same turn.
These cards can help you get more out of your Dawn of the Herald Deck.

On the other side of the fence, a variety of cards can help you get the most out of a Dawn of the Herald build.  This version of the Deck plays Tethys, the Goddess of Light – the Ritual Art version usually doesn’t.  With 3 copies of Tethys and 3 Archlord KristyaValhalla, Hall of the Fallen lets the Herald Duelist Special Summon huge Fairy monsters with great effects.  A turn 1 Kristya can lock X-Sabers and Infernity out of the Duel, while an early Tethys could draw you an overwhelming number of cards.
Majestic Mech – Ohka is a Level 6 Fairy-Type with 2400 ATK.  You can Special Summon it with Valhalla, but even if you don’t play Hall of the Fallen, Ohka is a powerful choice.  Like Spirit of Purity and Light, you can discard Ohka on its own for a Ritual Summon with Dawn of the Herald and then return Ohka to your hand with Dawn’s effect.  But unlike Spirit, you can Summon Ohka any time, and it has higher ATK.
Magical Mallet helps you get to the cards you need, and it also lets you use Tethys’ effect as soon as she hits play.  It’s usually tough to use Tethys’ ability: opponents will do whatever they can to destroy her before she has a chance to draw you a fistful of cards.  Mallet lets you activate Tethys’ effect the same turn she’s summoned: as long as just 1 of the cards you draw with Mallet is a Fairy, you’ll trigger Tethys’ ability.
Forbidden Chalice can negate some of your opponent’s best effects – or your own!

Whether you play Advanced Ritual Art or Dawn of the Herald, your Deck can create 1 of the most feared set-ups in Dueling: Herald of Perfection with Archlord Kristya.  When the Herald is in Defense Position, nothing save a handful of Special Summons like XX-Saber Gottoms andVolcanic Queen can take it out.  But with Archlord Kristya on the field, none of those Special Summons are possible.  This is a tough field to put together: you’d normally have to Ritual Summon Herald, have exactly 4 Fairies in the Graveyard, and Special Summon Kristya.  ButForbidden Chalice lets you do the combo backwards: you can Summon Kristya to control the Duel (either with its own effect or with Valhalla), then negate its effect with Chalice and Summon Herald of Perfection when you have the cards you need.  Once Chalice’s effect wears off in the End Phase your opponent is at your mercy.
Chalice is also a great card to use on your opponent’s monsters.  It can negate XX-SaberHyunlei’s destruction effect, or XX-Saber Gottoms’s discard ability.  It can stop Infernity Archfiend from searching out Infernity Launcher too, shutting down the Infernity Deck’s big turn.  It stops Gladiator Beast plays and negates Blackwing - Blizzard the Far North’s effect.  Beyond all that effect negation, Chalice also boosts the ATK of a monster, so you can use it to destroy monsters you wouldn’t normally be able to attack.
Herald Decks are still evolving, and there’s a lot of room for creativity and clever strategy.  Both Decks literally just keep getting better!

Unibird

Unibird is the first bird with the power to Special Summon Synchro Monsters from your Graveyard. You can do it by removing monsters from your field. But unlike Tuners, which require the Levels of your monsters to exactly add up to the Level of the Synchro Monster you want to Special Summon, Unibird lets you exceed that Level. By removing Unibird and another face-up monster you control, you can Special Summon a Synchro Monster from your Graveyard with a Level less than or equal to the combined original Levels of the monsters you remove from play.

Unibird is best used with high-Level monsters that have low ATK or an effect that isn’t immediately useful. An Emissary of Darkness Token, for example, Special Summoned by the effect of Gorz the Emissary of Darkness, is a Level 7 monster that has no effect. If you Summoned Gorz when the opponent attacked with a weak monster, it has low stats too. Normally, you’d need a Level 1 Tuner to turn it into a Synchro Monster. But by removing it withUnibird, you can Special Summon a Synchro Monster of any Level from your Graveyard!Unibird also works well with Tragoedia, a Level 10 monster that has low ATK while you don’t have lots of cards in your hand.
Unibird is particularly useful for reusing Synchro Monsters that are Limited, like Goyo Guardianand Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier. After your opponent destroys one of them, he may think you no longer have access to that monster. But Unibird will be ready to swoop into the Graveyard and prove your opponent wrong! Special Summoning strong Synchro Monsters when your opponent least expects it can be devastating.
Unibird also combos well with a bunch of other cards. Since it’s a Winged Beast, you can Tribute it with Icarus Attack to destroy 2 of your opponent’s cards. Then, since it’s a WIND monster, you can remove it from the Graveyard as one of the monsters needed to SummonDark Simorgh from your hand.
Using the effect of Unibird or Summoning Dark Simorgh removes 2 of your monsters from the game at a time. You can use Return from the Different Dimension to bring all of your removed monsters back onto the field and wipe out your opponent in a single turn.

Combo Unibird with other cards to get the most out of it.

Unibird can be a handy monster for recycling some of your strongest Synchros. Use it to set up some cool plays that will let you soar above your opponent in Duels.

Chivalry

Using monster effects during the Battle Phase has been all the rage recently, and Chivalry’s knightly power can stop them all. Chivalry is a brand new Counter Trap that negates the activation of any monster effect that’s used in the Battle Phase and destroys that monster.

Chivalry can be a strong card against some of the most popular Decks. Many Duelists are afraid to attack face-down monsters an X-Saber Duelist controls, since triggering the effect of a Sangan or XX-Saber Emmersblade can put an X-Saber opponent in the exact spot he wants to be in. But with Chivalry face-down, you’ll have nothing to fear. After you attack and destroy one of those monsters, you can activate Chivalry to negate that monster’s effect!
Chivalry can also be used to stop powerful monster effects that your opponent could activate from his hand during your Battle Phase. Cards like Battle Fader and Gorz the Emissary of the Darkness can sometimes stop you from scoring direct attacks and winning a Duel. But withChivalry Set, you can charge in against your opponent. Chivalry offers the same protection against Honest and Blackwing – Kalut the Moon Shadow. When you’d otherwise be reluctant to attack, Chivalry will give you the confidence you need.
You can also use Chivalry to stop some of the nastiest Flip Effects in the game. If your monster runs into Ryko, Lightsworn HunterSuper-Nimble Mega Hamster, or Gravekeeper’s Spy in battle, you can use Chivalry to negate the monster’s Flip-Effect and destroy the monster that activated it. It’s especially good when your monster wouldn’t otherwise destroy that monster in battle!
Chivalry can also stop monster effects that activate when an opponent’s monster wins a battle, like the effects of Blackwing – Shura the Blue Flame and Lord British Space Fighter. It can even negate and destroy X-Saber Airbellum when it attacks directly and tries to force you to discard a carde!.
You never know which other monsters you’ll see. Monsters that have slowly lost popularity but are still seeing play, like Mystic Tomato and Elemental Hero Absolute Zero, have effects that can activate during the Battle Phase and be negated by Chivalry. Any Gladiator Beast that tags out at the end of the Battle Phase can also have its effect negated by Chivalry, effectively giving the Gladiator Beast Duelist’s opponent access to their own Gladiator Beast War Chariot!

While Chivalry is a powerful card that can be fit into just about any Main or Side Deck, there are certain Decks that it’s especially potent in. Counter Fairy Duelists can activate it whileBountiful Artemis is on the field in order to draw a free card. They can also Special SummonVan’Dalgyon the Dark Dragon Lord after using Chivalry (as long as it’s not during the Damage Step!), and Special Summon a monster from their Graveyard thanks to the effect of Van’Dalgyon.
If you use Chivalry while Naturia Forest is face-up on the field, you’ll be able to search your Deck for a “Naturia” monster to add to your hand. This is a great way to get your Naturia Deck up and running.
Chivalry is a powerful card that can give you the courage you need to battle. Try it out and see what it can do for your army of monsters.

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's - Episode 124 SUBBED

TITLE:Damaged Pride is the 124th episode of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's.
Description: Duel between Team 5D's and Team Ragnarok begins. Jack and Dragan, both Teams' First Wheelers, who have a past and fated connection to one another, betting their pride on the line, as the battle becomes intense from the first turnonwards.
The two begin the duel with the same hands as their first duel. When Jack attacks with Red Dragon Archfiend this time, Dragan forces the Trap Card that wasn't activated in their first duel.

Effect Veiler

Monster effects that activate from the hand are very difficult to stop, and your opponent will almost never see them coming. D.D. Crow is the popular right now, because it can remove key cards in the opponent’s Graveyard from play, shutting down the key combos of Decks in the process. Honest and Blackwing – Kalut the Moon Shadow give your monsters the ATK boost they need to take down stronger monsters, and Gorz the Emissary of Darkness can come out of nowhere to save you from defeat. Duelist Revolution has a monster called Effect Veiler, which can be sent from your hand to the Graveyard to negate the effects of one of your opponent’s face-up monsters.
Effect Veiler can negate cards in any Deck.

During your opponent’s Main Phase, you can negate the effects of 1 of your opponent’s face-up monsters by sending Effect Veiler from your hand to the Graveyard. This stops most of your opponent’s big combos since several Decks rely on monster effects to win Duels. Against X-Sabers, you prevent XX-Saber Hyunlei from destroying your Spells and Traps, XX-Saber Faultroll from Summoning more monsters, and XX-Saber Gottoms from discarding cards from your hand. Against Infernities your opponent won’t get free cards from their Deck withInfernity Archfiend, and Infernity Doom Dragon won’t destroy your monsters. Frog OTKDecks are completely shut down if Substitoad’s effect is negated, and Frog Monarchs need to send Treeborn Frog to the Graveyard with Swap Frog’s Effect. Effect Veiler can negate cards in any Deck, making it a useful card to have in your hand at all times.
Negate Naturia Bamboo Shoot’s effect, then destroy it with your Spells and Traps!

Effect Veiler also negates the Continuous Effects of your opponent’s monsters, so if your opponent controls a Jinzo you can negate its effect then destroy it with your Trap Cards!Naturia Bamboo Shoot is a powerful new card in Duelist Revolution that’s similar to Jinzo, but also prevents you from playing Spell Cards, and Effect Veiler is one of a select few cards that stops it from shutting your Deck down.
Just remember that the monster effects you negate with Effect Veiler will come back next turn, so you need to destroy Bamboo Shoot right away or you won’t be able to play your Spells and Traps again. Another cool thing about Effect Veiler is that if an Effect Monster has to Tribute itself to activate its effect, that effect will be negated since it was initially activated on the field! This stops the effects of several cards, such as Stardust DragonLonefire BlossomTest Tiger and Infernity Mirage.
Just remember that Effect Veiler can only target monsters while they’re on the field, so if they’re Tributed as soon as they’re Summoned, you won’t have a chance to select them as target for Effect Velier’s effect. Also, Effect Veiler can only negate effects that activate on the field, so you won’t be able to stop XX-Saber Darksoul and Sangan from giving your opponent free cards.
Magical Exemplar can Special Summon Effect Veiler, setting you up for an easy Level 5 Synchro Summon.

Effect Veiler’s also a Tuner, so it’s just as useful on the field as it is in your hand. With 0 ATK and DEF you can add it from your Deck to your hand with Sangan, and you can Special Summon it from your Deck with One for One since it’s a Level 1 monster. It’s also a LIGHT monster, so you can Special Summon it with Shining Angel, give it an ATK boost with Honest, and return it to your hand from the Graveyard with Beckoning Light, ready to be discarded again. As a Spellcaster it can be Special Summoned with Magical Exemplar for a quick Level 5 Synchro Summon, and also works well with cards like Apprentice MagicianArcane Barrierand Magical Dimension in a Spellcaster Deck.
Effect Veiler can fit into a lot of Decks, and its simple and useful effect makes it a solid addition to any Duelist’s Side Deck. Be on the lookout for it!

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Episode 123 Subbed

TITLE: The Duelists with the Rune Eye is the one-hundred and twenty third episode of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's.
DESCRIPTION: The next opponent of Team Five D's is Team Ragnarok. However Yusei and co. meets the members of such team, by chance. They wield the "Rune Eye" which serves as the proof as their status of the successors of the Three Polar Gods. Wielding the Three Polar Gods, like Yusei and co. who wield the Five Signer Dragons, they are also involved in the Crisis threatening the world caused by Team New World. Harald grasps the opportunity to explain the story behind the "Polar Gods" and how the members of Team Ragnarok came to obtain them.
Thus Yusei asks the three members of Team Ragnarok to help expose the plot of Team New World. However, Team Ragnarok claims the three Polar Gods are not willing to enter an alliance with the Crimson Dragon's Signers, because of the Zero Reverse incident caused by Yusei's father. The enmity between Dragan and Jack is also explored, as the two had dueled in the past, only for Dragan to be forced to lose on purpose by Jaeger in order to raise money for his father's hospitalization.
Team Ragnarok challenges Team 5D's for tomorrow's Semifinal, with the winner earns the right to face Team New World.

Solemn Warning

The most common way to win Duels is by Summoning monsters and attacking with them. If your opponent can’t Summon monsters, or the Summon of their key monsters gets negated, they tend to struggle. Duelists have tried out several cards that can prevent opponents from Summoning monsters. The release of Duelist Revolution heralds a new card that can prevent any Summon, at any time, and is incredibly difficult to stop.
Solemn Warning stops your opponent from Summoning, no matter what way they try to do so!
Solemn Warning is a Counter Trap Card that can negate the Summon of a monster at the cost of 2000 Life Points. It can stop any kind of Summon, even Flip Summons and Special Summons. Also, since it’s a Counter Trap, it can be used in the Damage Step to negate the Summon of cards like Gorz the Emissary of Darkness and Tragoedia!
As well as negating any type of Summon possible, Solemn Warning can negate the effects of cards that Special Summon monsters, stopping cards like XX-Saber EmmersbladeCall of the Haunted, and Starlight RoadSolemn Warning also destroys the card that it negates, so it won’t be lying around ready to be activated again.
Although many cards exist that can stop Duelists from Summoning monsters, you can Chain cards to most of them to easily get them out of the way. Royal Oppression has been in Duelists Side Decks for years and is a solid card to use against Decks that Special Summon, but Royal DecreeTrap Stun and Mystical Space Typhoon can take care of it, keeping your opponent’s monsters safe. Vanity’s Fiend is a popular card in Frog Monarch Decks that prevents both Duelists from Special Summoning monsters, and Archlord Krystia does the same in Herald decks. Book of Moon can flip them face-down and Bottomless Trap Hole can remove them from play, ensuring their effects are not applied.
Solemn Warning is a Counter Trap Card, and only other Counter Traps can be Chained to it. The only Counter Trap Card that most Duelists use right now is Solemn Judgment, and it’s currently limited to 1 copy per Deck, so your opponent won’t usually have it Set when you activate Solemn Warning. If they do, they’ll have to pay half of their Life Points to negate it, which can be as high a cost as 4000 Life Points at the start of a Duel!
Use Solemn Warning to negate your opponent’s Summons, and keep your Solemn Judgment for everything else

Solemn Warning can fit into any Deck, and most Decks will likely play it to go along with theirSolemn Judgment. More often than not, Duelists tend to activate Solemn Judgment to negate the Summons of key opposing cards like Rescue CatXX-Saber HyunleiDark Armed Dragonand Stardust Dragon, or to negate cards like Call of the HauntedGottoms’ Emergency Calland Dawn of the Herald. With Solemn Warning in your Deck you can still negate these cards, while keeping your Solemn Judgment free for dangerous Trap Cards like Mirror Force,Torrential Tribute or your opponent’s Solemn Warning.
Don’t forget about Solemn Warning’s cost though, you won’t be able to activate it when your Life Points are under 2000, while you can use Solemn Judgment at any time. If you have bothSolemn Judgment and Solemn Warning Set, it’s a good idea to use Warning first and then Judgment, as you’ll lose less Life Points overall than if you did it the other way round. Grab a calculator and you can see for yourself!
Duelists will always be using Decks that can Summon monsters, so you can expect to seeSolemn Warning in opposing Decks and Side Decks for a long time to come. If you want to get in on the action yourself and stop your opponents from playing their key cards, pick up your own copies of Solemn Warning from Duelist Revolution today!

Fabled Raven

Hidden Arsenal 2 brought the “Fabled” monsters into the Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME, a new family of cards that revolve around discarding cards from your hand, similar to what Dark World Decks did before. The headliner of these monsters is Fabled Valkyrus, a 2900 ATK Synchro Monster that lets you draw cards by discarding “Fabled” monsters. At Level 8 it’s a difficult card to Summon, but Fabled Raven from Duelist Revolution makes it a whole lot easier.

Fabled Raven is a Level 2 Tuner with 1300 ATK, but these stats can change very quickly. Once per turn you can discard any number of cards from your hand. Raven’s Level increases by 1 for each card you discard, and Raven will also gain 400 ATK for each of these cards as well. So if you discard 1 card for Fabled Raven’s effect, it becomes a Level 3 Tuner with 1700 ATK, and if you discard 2 it’s a 2100 ATK Level 4 Tuner! If you have enough cards in your hand and other monsters on the field, you can use Fabled Raven’s effect to enable a Synchro Summon of any Level.

One great thing about Fabled Raven’s effect is that discarding is an effect, not a cost, so you can activate the effects of any “Dark World” monsters you discard! If you discard Goldd, Wu-Lord of Dark World or Sillva, Warlord of Dark World, you can Special Summon these monsters to the field right away. This sets you up for a Level 8 Synchro Summon because both Goldd and Sillva are Level 5, and if you discard 1 of them for Fabled Raven, Raven becomes  a Level 3 Tuner, giving you the required Levels to Summon Stardust DragonColossal Fighteror even Fabled Valkyrus!
Fabled Raven works with the other “Dark World” monsters too. You can discard Beiige, Vanguard of Dark World to Special Summon it and Synchro Summon a Level 7 monster. If you discard Broww, Huntsman of Dark World you can draw a card, and if you discard Gren, Tactician of Dark World or Kahkki, Guerilla of Dark World, you can destroy your opponent’s cards!
Don’t forget that you can discard multiple cards for Fabled Raven’s effect, so you can combo these “Dark World” cards together before setting up a big Synchro Summon. Imagine discarding Beiige and Kahkki for example. Fabled Raven becomes a 2100 ATK Level 4 Tuner, and you Special Summon the Level 4 Beiige, ready for a Level 8 Synchro Summon. Also, thanks to Kahkki’s effect, you can destroy 1 of your opponent’s monsters!
Since Raven’s a “Fabled” monster, it works well with the other “Fabled” monsters, like Fabled Lurrie and Fabled Grimro. First off, Raven’s a “Fabled” Tuner, and is 1 of only 2 ways to Synchro Summon Fabled Valkyrus (for now!). You can also use Fabled Kushano to summon this powerful Synchro, and if you need a Level 3 Tuner instead of a Level 2, you can discardFabled Raven to add Fabled Kushano to your hand from the Graveyard. It’s easy to addFabled Raven from your Deck to your hand too, as you can get it with Fabled Grimro’s effect, and if Raven’s on the field, you can discard Grimro to add any other Fabled monster to your hand, like Fabled Lurrie. When Fabled Lurrie is discarded, it’s Special Summoned.
Fabled Raven can even discard both “Fabled” and “Dark World” monsters at the same time, and if you discard Fabled Lurrie and Beiige, Vanguard of Dark World together, you can Special Summon them both, Tune them up with the now Level 4 Fabled Raven, and Synchro Summon a Level 9 Mist Wurm to blast 3 of your opponent’s cards back to his hand!
If you picked up some “Fabled” monsters in Hidden Arsenal 2, or want to use your “Dark World” cards again in a new Deck, watch out for Fabled Raven from Duelist Revolution!!
