{effect unconfirmed: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 3 "Kikou" monsters from your hand to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can treat 1 opposing Synchro Monster as an Equip Card and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the total ATK of the monsters equipped to it by this effect. Also, once during each of your Standby Phases, by sending 1 monster equipped to this card by its effect to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's ATK.
