You can banish this card from your Graveyard; take
1 Xyz Material from a monster your
opponent controls and attach it to an Xyz Monster
you control as Xyz Material.

This card is been used in zexal series by yuma to steal away XYZ MATERIAL from opponent monsters which a nice effect especially when you are controlling utopia that had used all his xyz material in that case it will be destroyed if target by attack so you will need to refresh xyz material also monster which prevent it destruction by detaching xyz material like Mira the Giant Star giving you more time until you get right cards in hand
Overlay eater need to be in grave to activate its effect. you can do that by snake rain since its reptile or foolish burial straight from your deck to grave
This card fits in mainly xyz monsters deck which can use material to resolve their effect example Baby Tiragon,Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction and Number 83: Galaxy Queen
Finally monsters that their effect resolve by detaching 2 xyz material like "Evolzar Laggia" and "Heroic Champion - Excalibur" overly eater break the cycle to prevent opponent from getting advantage
