Ally of Justice Catastor, the first Ally of Justice Synchro Monster, has been a mainstay of Extra Decks everywhere since its release in Hidden Arsenal. Duelist Revolution contains the first ever Ally of Justice Tuner, Ally of Justice Cyclone Creator, and it’s got an effect that could see it become a mainstay in Main Decks everywhere!
Ally of Justice Cyclone Creator is a Level 3 DARK monster with 1400 ATK. You can Special Summon it with the effect of Mystic Tomato, or add it your hand whenever your Sangan is sent to the Graveyard. It can be used for the effects of Allure of Darkness and Dark Armed Dragon as well. Also, as a Machine-Type Tuner, you can add it to your hand with Genex Neutron, so there are plenty of great cards it works well with.

Once per turn, Ally of Justice Cyclone Creator lets youdiscard 1 card from your hand toreturn Spell and Trap Cards on the field back to their owners’ hands equal to the number of face-up Tuners on the field. This effect includes face-down Spells and Traps, so you can get thatBottomless Trap Hole your opponent has out of the way before you use Cyclone Creator for a Synchro Summon. You can even use it on your own Spell and Trap Cards, so if you have aRoyal Oppression face-up you can return it to your hand, Synchro Summon, and then Set it again so that your opponent can’t bring out a stronger monster.
If you’re playing Swords of Revealing Light in your Deck and it’s going to be destroyed on your opponent’s turn, Cyclone Creator’s effect will let you re-use it to prevent your opponent from attacking for another 3 turns! Ally of Justice Cyclone Creator’s effect returns more Spells and Traps to the hand if there are more Tuner monsters out on the field, so if your opponent controls an XX-Saber Fulhelmknight and you control Cyclone Creator and aPlaguespreader Zombie for example, you can blow 3 Spells and Traps back to the hand! It’s almost like having an extra copy of Giant Trunade or Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrierthat’s also a Tuner!

Ally of Justice Cyclone Creator’s effect works best when the cards you’re discarding are of more use in the Graveyard than in your hand. A great example is Dandylion. If it’s discarded for Cyclone Creator’s effect it’ll Special Summon 2 Fluff Tokens with its own effect, giving you the option of Synchro Summoning the Level 4 Armory Arm, or the Level 5 Ally of Justice Catastor. Yusei’s Quillbolt Hedgehog can achieve a similar result, since you can Special Summon it from the Graveyard when you control a Tuner like Ally of Justice Cyclone Creator.
