"Sign of the World's Collapse!! Mr. Heartland's Grand Revolt" is the one hundred and twenty-second episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime. It first aired in Japan on September 22, 2013.

Don Thousand and Vector enact their plan, using Mr. Heartland to spread one million "Fake Numbers" throughout the Earth. The Barian World and Earth begin to merge as a result, with Kite taking up Yuma's mantle and Dueling Heartland. Meanwhile, Dumon has returned Nasch to the Barian World's throne, with Merag at his side, much to Vector's surprise and horror.
